This extraordinary Gastronomic exhibition, in which one of the main treasures of the gastronomy of the province of Castellón is the main protagonist, takes place in the moths of January, February and March. Many restaurants located in towns like Albocàsser, Benassal, Catí, Culla and la Serratella, present delicious menus elaborated with all the scent of our autochthonous truffle. Moreover, the establishments from these towns offer their visitors the possibility to acquire fresh truffle and tasty gastronomic products elaborated with this delicacy. With the tasting of the menus presented in this gastronomic exhibition, people would have the chance to participate in raffles whose price is a stay in a rural accommodation in the province of Castellón.
